All QuietCase products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is intended to cover genuine product defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, vandalism, excessive force, attempts to bypass the locking mechanism, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

We evaluate every claim individually and strive to take a fair and pragmatic approach. Where appropriate, we will work with our customers to find a reasonable solution, even where a claim may not strictly fall within the terms of the warranty.
